Workout Wednesday This awesome compound exercise involves muscles all over the body from your legs, glutes, core to your arms, shoulders and back and the only equipment you need is a toning band or weights. Reverse lunge --> Wide lat pull down using a toning band or light weights. How?? - Step back into a lunge, keep the core engaged throughout the movement. - Lunge down and pull the band apart (straight arms) and down into a wide lat pull down (keep the shoulders down and squeeze the shoulder blades together.) - Push off the back foot and step your feet back together, slowly lifting the arms back up, repeat 12 reps on the same leg. - Swap legs and repeat 12 reps on the other side!
