Would anyone in Chico like to get a baby playgroup started? All the play clubs are for kids. My 13 month old is more into eating paint than coloring with it, so the usual kids/mommy club activities dont work! There must be other moms in Chico that are in the in-between stages! So I am looking for moms with babies who would like to meet up once a week and let the babies poke each other in the eye and steal each others toys. Some personal requirements for us: *Kids must be vaccinated. Dont want to start a vaccine war, but this is an important one. Provide proof, as we will too. *Mommies cant be smokers. At least not chain smokers. *No druggies *Strongly caution kids who have severe food or environmental allergies. My kid eats almond and peanut butter regularly and we have a dog. I dont want to forget and hurt someone :( *Dont bring your kid/s if they are clearly sick. Totally not afraid of germs, but I would rather ours eat after the dog than share a germy pacifier with a green-boogery kid. Not really sure why O.o If anyone is interested and likes these ideas. message me or comment? We could alternate meeting at a local park and at each others homes (we have a baby-safe room). We could even do something totally snobby and have tea an cucumber sandwiches. Whatever, I am just tired of watching Sesame Street.
