URGENT APPEAL CALL FOR ACTION TO HELP ERADICATE WILDLIFE SLAUGHTER AND CRIME! Literally “thousands” of majestic iconic species such as the elephant, rhino and tiger are barbarically slaughtered in Africa and Asia every year!. Large parks/reserves are difficult to patrol, some areas almost impossible to patrol in their entirety on foot or by vehicle due to the hostile nature of the environment and the terrain. Over the past few years this has made conservationists and protected area managers take-on a more scientific modern approach to their management style and techniques. With thousands of square miles to patrol and not knowing where poachers plan to hit next! Aerial Surveillance in the form of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle’s (UAV’s), often referred to as drones is essential and desperately needed to help in eradicate Poaching. Increased drone patrols, coupled with professional armed combat field rangers on the ground, is one of the best deterrents to poachers in the area. Drones, are fast becoming the most useful tools in modern day conservation management towards combating the war against poaching. Drone surveillance missions is imperative in order to help eradicate poaching, regrettable some parks/reserves cant afford them! “Our drones must not be confused with handheld launched drones. The technology known as UAS (unmanned aerial system) is very expensive and complex, and require highly trained experienced personnel with air force and military background, familiar with 24/7 covert surveillance operations protecting troops on the ground against enemy forces. While my partners are focusing on saving troops lives with their technology. I am trying to help leaderships with the their counter poaching efforts in Africa and Asia save endangered species. Most Parks and reserves are under funded and unfortunately some parks don’t have the expertise and the resources. We are trying to bridge the gap, connecting those with funds and those that need “resources and aerial superiority” to combat poachers. If your passionate about wildlife and believe one of the solutions to saving endangered species is with integrating modern advanced technology into conservation, we would love to hear from you”! swatpatrol.co.uk/
