we all know of the bigger miracles that God has performed in this world. the parting of the red sea, the raising of the dead, the birth, and sacrifice, of His Son for our lives. but how often do we think about, or notice, the smaller or everyday miracles that He performs in our lives each day. thats right, each day. even at this very moment, if we opened our hearts and minds to it, He is very likely performing a miracle in our lives. and it could be anything. it can be the removal of an illness that has plagued us for a long time. it can be something as simple as hearing a baby laugh at the silly faces we make. it can be getting a hug from your mom. that cheers you up after a rough day at school. it can be falling in love, after feeling like you never would. it can be watching the sun rise, ushering in another day that is full of the potential for good things. it can be so many things that we tend to sometimes take for granted, or we dont see them for the blessing they really are. but they are miracles all the same. and even if they arent as big as seeing God part a sea. they are just as important and amazing. and they are something we should always cherish, because they are gifts from our Father who loves us so very much. in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, amen.
