Wow. I knew Willie when was a teenager, I worked with his father at the post office. I worked in Juvenile court and Social.services and would see a lot of the guys during school.visits. It amazing how.much weight gangs carry. The real issue is what are.doing consistently that positive organizations arent. Imagine this, the members.learn the rules, follow.all the.codes, understand clearly what it takes.to.be promoted and willing sacrifice to gain leaders. So the real.issue society is failing somewhere because if applied in school, religious institutions or work they would be productive citizens. I guess its far to say those places are failing our boys because the rules arent consistent, total lack of support and how does one get ahead gaining so.little ? We need to reach these boys much sooner because the tools.are there they are just being applied other more consistent places.
