Wow, did you hear that theres a huge protest gathering in New York City of Greens from around the world, a Climate Change march to get world leaders to Stop Global Warming? (Or is it Global Cooling this week...?) Wow! And 99% Plus of them got there on a Jet Plane, Diesel Train, Gasoline Automobile at some point in their journey - quite a lot if they travelled internationally. Even the ones that drove Green Buses or ferry boats most of those only allow B80 or B95 blend or the engine warranty is void - and last I heard the Coast Guard wont allow B100 for commercially licensed vessels yet, so no matter how they wag their Green bona-fides in the air they still used fossil fuels. (Well save the Leather shoes and belts shaming for another time. Imagine the screaming of the grain as it went into the flour mill...) You want to accomplish something, China is burning megatons of Coal every day (3.95 Billion Short Tons a year) much of it high sulfur with absolutely no pollution controls at all. And the Seven Gorges Dam (among many others) is trying to wring every single Hydropower watt out of the Yangtse they can, environment be damned. Go over there and protest - Please. Theyll have your tuchi (plural) in jail in 15 minutes. The rest of us will find a more practical way to get them to at least install stack scrubbers.
