Wow ! that little boy was a threat to those big ass cops.?? Doesnt say much for their ppl skills. The boy laid there like a rag doll. What does choking the air out of a child have to do with neutralizing him. ?! Put on the cuffs and book him if u have something to charge him with. Funny how the officers say he was unarmed but a threat to a group of grown ass men with guns and ATV, and no respect for the puppy either. This has got to stop. In Dade county tho. Law enforcement has been getting called out for cruel and usual punishment and the death of juveniles while they are detained at their juvenile bootcamp style jails due to excessive force. Choking and water-boarding is supposed to be an outlawed tactic used only on terroristic threats.
