Wow, way to go Stella family! BTW, dr. Atkins died of a head injury, they are just trying to make the low carb lifestyle look bad. You eventually do start adding more than 20 carbs a day to your diet! Do you want fast, natural weight loss? Are you worried about your cardiovascular health? Get on Atkins! You eat meat, cheese, some fruit and a lot of veggies. If you follow Atkins, it advises you to get most of your carbs through vegetables! That IS healthy! Im on day 5 now and Im feeling less hungry and Ive got a new energy that I am really appreciating!
