X 2 positions at North Lakes Hotel and Spa Night Porter Do you enjoy working in a busy, vibrant, customer facing environment? If so, we are looking to recruit personalities to help us deliver fabulous customer service. Night Porter – Full Time – 40 hours per week working 4 days out of 7 days. Duties include: Security of the hotel, together with the safety and comfort of guests throughout the night. Check in late arrivals and prepare and serve food and drinks. Preparation and servicing of conference rooms Delivery of refreshments Assist with delivery of guest luggage. Deliver sundries when required. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Day & Night Porter Details: Do you enjoy working in a busy, vibrant, customer facing environment? Part Time – 24/32hr per week working 3/4 days out of 7 Conference Day Porter Duties include: Preparation and servicing of conference rooms Delivery of refreshments Assist with delivery of guest luggage. Deliver sundries when required. Supporting Hotel departments throughout the day Night Porter Duties Include, Security of the hotel, together with the safety and comfort of guests throughout the night. Check in late arrivals and prepare and serve food and drinks. Preparation and servicing of conference rooms Delivery of refreshments Assist with delivery of guest luggage. Deliver sundries when required. Requirements: (For Day & Night Porter positions) Personality is what counts, and whilst previous hotel experience and basic computer skills would be an advantage, full training is provided. A clean driving licence is essential.
