YKYNW.. I think us Niueans are independent thinkers and we are quick (a lil too quick at times) to challenge something we dont agree with.. I am a little concerned that so many NZ borns have LITTLE ELSE other than complaining about taking food home and the embarrassing acts of a few Niueans that they can relate to as being Niuean.. A mere act on the surface or embedded within the shallow end of the great depths that Niue culture has to offer.. Ask yourself..is this and if it is why is this the only thing that you can identify with as being Niuean... Is our culture that superficial or simplistic that we as a people have little else to contribute to the worlds diverse cultural fabric..
