Yellow Jacket CrossFit Challenge starts tomorrow! Pre- Challenge physical assessments begin this week with our first strength assessment of Bench Press max tomorrow followed by Base WOD: 400m row, 400m run, 30 airsquats, 20 pushups, 10 pullups. Each crossfit class time will participate with the goal of gauging our fitness improvements more accurately by good daily record keeping of wods, max lifts, and diet. The Challenge is open to everyone. Those who want to begin exercising for the first time or even those who exercise by other means besides crossfit. You are welcome to test your fitness level with CF circuit type training. This is a great time to begin as temperatures begin to cool down. All workouts can be reduced based on your fitness level. Current members, now is the time to step it up a notch. If you are attending only once, twice, or three times per week try to add another day. Our most successful members as far as body composition change, strength, and cardio fitness improvements(Liz and Rob) to name a couple, are the ones who attend at least 4 times per week and eat a healthy diet. Awards will be given based on most improved overall(3 month free membership), most improved female and male, top performer female and male. Challenge fees-Non-members $75; current month to month and 6 month members Challenge is included in your current membership dues. 8 weeks is a short amount of time to assess your improvements.
