Yes, company will never love their employees as they only look at profitability. ALL employees are expendable at any point of time to maintain and sustain profitability. Sadly, the new government leadership team has also been taking the same stance in the last 1 to 2 decades and is running a country like a business. MAJORITY of Singaporean citizens livelihood and welfare can be compromised and getting tougher and tougher years after years while they pursue GDP and economic growth to the extent of opening the floodgate and bringing in 1 to 2 million of foreign citizens and foreign talents to stifle and stagnate local employees and citizens wages, income and welfare while the cost of living in housing, healthcare, transport and education has been spiraling out of control to maintain and sustain their so call GDP and economic growth that ONLY BENEFITTED the RICH and ELITE in both the private as well as the PUBLIC sectors and to justify their millions of dollars yearly salary and huge bonuses. HOW CAN the MAJORITY of Singaporean citizens that were NEGATIVELY IMPACTED continue to trust and rely such selfish leadership team to lead us into the future !!!
