Yesterday I encountered a situation and then Holy spirit said, no, you need to handover. Sometimes being nice to take more responsibility than what we should or could do, we challenging ourselves to do more work to the extreme; whereas it supposed to be someone elses job or work. It actually hinders what is called the natural flow, upper and lower streams, what others are more specialized and dedicated to do, rather than you have done. The world is successful in doing business, because it figured out what should be next, who is your partner, who is trustworthy to give your job to, what is the interviewee looks like, and who is the expert in doing this job, at last, the inferior or incompatible are eliminated... Whereas current situation is, stay long enough in the game does-not mean you are effective; just like the old lions like to stay in the caves, and lion Bub are busy playing and prey...how about the in between?
