Yesterday Troy, Sienna and I were asked to a member of our TNT Fitness Solutions house to celebrate New Year. Elma has been training with us since September. Shes recently moved to Australia from West Africa and has been dedicated to her fitness and well being and it is really starting to show. We felt so lucky to be invited to share this day with this amazing woman, her husband, 2 adorable boys and her family and friends. We were treated to some incredibly hot, but delicious food, some awesome music, impressive dancing by men and women, and we were welcomed by everyone that was there. Being that we were the only fair skinned family there was initially a little daunting but we were included in everything and the passion and energy that was shown to us left us feeling like we didnt want to leave. We truly felt like we were in another world and we were LOVING IT! Moral of this story - If you can inspire, encourage, motivate, show kindness, experience new things and be passionate, then do it. What you are shown in return can be mind blowing.
