Yesterday, all my troubles seemed so far away. Luckily, they are not here to stay. Today, my 4-year old macbook pros hard drive crashed. I got an appointment at the Apple Store 45-minutes away; had a new hard drive installed in a couple of hours and for not much money (compared to buying a new laptop) and, thanks to my time machine external drive back-up, I am back in business! Very grateful; very relieved. I
