Yesterday, was a really bad day for me. My memory card was full of pics from last year until this Sunday, Mothers day, where I took my last pic (using my video camera) while we had gone boating that Sunday afternoon. The memory was full and so on Monday I uploaded the 2,337 pics onto my Hewlett Packard laptop, but instead of putting the pics into my photo galley, I choose to click on the program Picasa 3 (where I can edit my pics). Well I was able to see my pics but I was not able to import them, so I had to call HP for assistance. I got some women from the Philippines to help me out, she even asked me for my phone number just in case the phone call was lost, she would call me back. After I told her my problem, she need remote access to my laptop to be able to help me out better, so I allowed her to do that, and she solved my problems, and all the pics where imported onto my PC. I afterwards had asked her another question for her to try to fix for me, and so while she was accessing my computer by remote access, she started to do some things on my PC, I then noticed while she was working on my computer that the 2,337 pics that were imported were no longer on my PC, so I then had asked her where they were and then said they were hidden somewhere in the computer and then all the sudden she tells me she needs to restart my computer. So I told her OK, and when that happened, the remote access connection was lost, because she restarted my computer and at the same time the phone call dropped. Wow, I thought to myself that she has my phone number and she will call me back so I was a little bit, in the meantime I was searching for the photos that were imported onto my pc that I saw earlier that she had done for me but I could not find them. After waiting a while and I didnt hear back from her I decided to call HP again and I got somebody else and I wanted to talk to the same woman but they could not contact me to her because they dont have any extensions for there tech assistance, so I explain to the other person which was a guy in India that I could not locate the pictures that were imported onto my pc which was done by the previous tech assistant from the Philippines. I also gave him my phone number and let him do a remote access on my computer to see if you can find my photos then he tells me they are no longer there, that they have been deleted , I said youre joking right? He said no, they are no longer there. I said you mean to tell me that the other woman deleted 2,337 of my pics, and he says they try looking all over my computer and he could not find them. I got so depressed and angry at the same time I didnt know what to do. And to top it off while I was on the phone with them from the beginning my daughter Karina decides to break this beautiful gift that I got from you there my sister in law or my mother-in-law some years back. Like I said, yesterday was a bad day for me. So all the pics I took at Karinas 3rd birthday party which was on Saturday April 19th 2014 and all of the the Easter 2014 pics that I took and the rest of the mothers day pics that I took this Sunday, are all gone ( not to mention other pictures which I dont remember right now, that were also deleted) . The woman must have realized that she accidentally deleted all my photos and while she was trying to fix it and couldnt fix it or couldnt find the photos and so she then decided that she had to restart my computer and she knew probably restarted my computer on purpose, so that she would lose the remote access connection with me and the phone call would drop, because she didnt have the courage to tell me that she had lost or deleted all my photos. I was so depressed yesterday, and now I am extremely angry! Like they say, when it rains, it pours!
