You go check the email which contains a link to a facebook post so you click that and then spend 15 minutes on your facebook where there is an updated cute cat video that you click on to watch. Of course it is so cute you have to tweet it to your friends. There goes 30 minutes and at least 5 detours for your brain. No wonder focus and concentration are increasingly rare. Fortunately we have our hot yoga practice to develop and preserve these critical skills. Namaste.
