You asked for it. An example of my actual workouts. A few leg exercises from today that kicked my trash. Just ask my neighbor. I get MEAN on leg day especially!! Those lunges??? (second video) We did a set of 15, a set of 12, a set of 8... And then a set of 8, 12, and 15 again. Each leg. I used 30 lb weights, 35 lb weights and 45 lb weights for that series, just as a reference. Anyone else hate leg day like I do?? I do it anyway (and feel like a million bucks when its over).
