You cant train heavy all the time, so today Bricky and I mixed it up with some Mini-Cambered Bar Squats and Trap Bar RDLs. Changing things such as bars, grip width and stance width adds a bit of fun and variation and can also help you bust through plateaus. My favourites are Close Grip Bench and Sumo Deadlifts. Switch something up in your next training block, your gains will thank ya! #StrengthCave #SmithsFitness
