You may already be very familiar with my Bill Ryan-Project Avalon YouTube video interview which was released in 2011. This interview has directly, and indirectly, touched the lives of over a million people around the planet. It has been re-posted in many YouTube channels and translated into many languages. If you havens already seen it, it is an introduction into why Im here and my clear stepping into the public eye. Stepping into the public eye was the request I received in 2010 by our Collective/Gaia. The public role was to be a messenger of empowerment. The message of empowerment is very simple, for each of us to raise our personal and public vibrational level, and that each of us is a Powerful Divine Being, a Creator of our own reality. Most of the time, we create unconsciously, and to the models of others people. But once our vibration rises, our awareness expands, we become more conscious, and are able to start creating Consciously. We become Conscious users of our own power.
