You neednt go all the way to Tagaytay to get a great Bulalo experience, the best experience might be right at the comfort of your own home! Try out this Bulalo Steak. :) See full recipe below. Ingredients: 1⁄4 cup Magnolia Gold Butter, Unsalted 1⁄4 cup Magnolia All Purpose Flour 2 cup Stock from boiling shanks (bulalo) 2 tbsp Soy sauce 1 tbsp Worcestershire 1⁄2 cup Magnolia Pure Fresh Milk 1⁄2 cup button mushroom, sliced 1⁄2 tbsp fried garlic, for garnish Salt and pepper to taste Procedure: In a large pot, combine water, onions, peppercorns, bay leaf and Monterey Beef Shanks, Bulalo Cut. Let boil and simmer until tender (about 2.5-3 hours). In a medium size saucepan, melt the butter. Add the flour. Mix for form a paste. Add Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce. Pour in 2 cups of beef stock. Mix well until lumps have dissolved. Pour in Magnolia Purefresh Milk. Season with salt and pepper. Add the mushrooms. Let simmer and set aside. To assemble, heat sizzling plates. Remove cooked Bulalo steaks from broth. Arrange on the sizzling plate and pour the prepared gravy. Top with fried garlic. To assemble: Top bananas with prepared caramel. Spoon flour mixture on top to cover bananas completely. Bake for 10-12 minutes in the oven toaster. Makes 3-4 servings.
