Youve been eating lots of reduced-fat products but are still finding it hard to lose weight. How can this be possible? The truth is reduced-fat foods often have a very high sugar content to make them more palatable. This sugar will easily be stored as fat if it’s not used up through regular exercise. Try swapping reduced-fat products for unprocessed, low GI alternatives which result in lower insulin levels, making fat easier to burn and less likely to be stored.
