a customer did a return of a bunch of very old products with no receipt and no packaging. The stuff is at least 3 years old. There was no proof it came from our store. That gets deducted out of my commision and i made a manager put the return in HER name. I refuse to take a hit for it. I did her makeup and her mother and they pull this shit on me. She said that she was a paralegal and that i had to do her return. WRONG. During that time i was getting hang up calls and some kid out of control was knocking over the displays while the parents were looking at perfumes without a care in the world. I am now in the breakroom where there are mice running around. WTF
