a volunteer writes: I never got the chance to interact with Chico, he was transferred to quickly to Brooklyn ACC. But I was there the day he surrendered to SIACC. Like I said I did not see any signs of aggression, just a very confused beautiful looking dog. I also heard he almost passed out during his medical exam cause he was so nervous. Im sure, cause of that, Chico has never even seen an adoption room. Im really hoping someone steps up for this stunningly beautiful boy and gives him a real chance at life.
