and tonights time of dedicated writing, in the midst of the joy of a new found faith, of the seeds of assurance, in....having something...SOMEONE in whom to truly believe....TRAGEDY..evil befalling an unfortunate innocent child....and Bartimaeus is forced into response..... but when the smoke clears will come perhaps the even greater test of faith.....when THE ONE WORTH BELIEVING IN, does not supply answers when and how it is felt they should be...... ...and where will Blake go from there? Return to inside himself? Or perhaps find the truer context of the name he had taken in jaded cynicism? Life, Father, is not always a song by the notes to be played....at such time, the only melodies...must be sought and found within YOU.... thank you, as always, for the continued dedication of the gift of words. (and for seeing me through one of the hardest scenes I do believe I have ever written....There was such a scene in Michael Kellys story....but this time....for the randomness of the evil....and the victim to be...an innocent child.....May I seek your direction all the more how to respectfully handle at YOUR direction...the response these folks choose to express...)
