bamacare is not really about Healthcare - Obamacare is about the excessive exertion of Federal Control into the lives of the Citizens of this Country. Obamacare is nothing but a flagrant violation of Civil Rights in the extension of mandatory requirements and invasive Federal direction so as to criminalize any actions, thoughts, or resistance to this extension of Federal Power against the will of her Citizens; a power never intended to be such by the Constitution of this nation. This overreach is such, and as to the will of the majority of this Nation of such significance, that this overreach by this Administration could well be the tipping point of this Citizens of this Nation to an armed rebellion. In this light and view, I submit to this Senate, that such abuses are not much longer to be tolerated. Additionally I submit in my claim that it is clear that the intent, fabrication, creation, and proposition of this Bill was, is, and intends to be in VIOLATION of the will of the Citizens of the United States clearly through a devised haste and manipulation when in fact those voting for it already had sense that they were no longer a majority, yet forced it through into law despite, and knowing this to be against the will of the majority of the Citizens of the United States and as such, is a device of tyranny and exploitation against the Citizens of this Country and must be stopped and disposed of as soon as is practically available so as not to threaten the Citizens of this country with such grave Constitutional Overreach. *** I copied this very well put comment from another deeply concerned citizen.
