Valentine Rugwabiza for the nomination as CEO RDB & Minister; another golden star in the club of rwandan female leaders, thanx to her also for accepting the portfolio, it is truly needed for such high managerial positions to be filled by both experienced n connected senior public servants, who r already rich enough to care less abt personal gains... coz in that way, they r driven by incessant desire to develop us, to protect our interests as a nation, n for sure the unique care for common citizens, withstanding the people at all levels. we need her twins to fill in managerial positions in our referral hospitals especially in the procurement units... always procurement units... hhmmnn
