easy but i cut mine just a bit different and get 11 pieces. i love the back ribs fried good and crispy. why waste such good meat on soup lol you divide the back and ribs from the lower back and hip joints and cook just like you do any other part of the chicken always fry the breast meat and thighs first the take longest then the legs and back plates and the wings if you area wsh bone lover like me take it opp before splitting and part of the main body and cook it with the legs and wings
