funny story...this morning I was on our deck smoking a cig under the awning when I looked out into the yard and in the far corner of the yard I saw something that looked like a small animal hunched over like it was hurt or something. It wasnt moving and my binoculars were wet so I couldnt get a good look at it. I went in the house and got my husband and he got dressed, trudged out across the yard in the pouring rain only to find out it was a cluster of leaves that had fallen out of a tree! He was so pissed off at me! Sometimes I am so blonde I amaze myself. But in retrospect, if it had been an injured animal and I had done nothing to help it I never would have forgiven myself.
