good morning everyone. this is my first post after being installed as your municipal mayor of Salcedo. Guys dont ask me how was my past 2 weeks. Well, as i said i run in order to help and as expected there are problems that needs to be solved. This is a part of our sacrifice. I can read your messages even if i am in salcedo, pls feel free to message me anytime. Speaking of help, ako ang uunang hihingi ng tulong: 1. Our municipality is positive of dengue. one victim andrie berongoy, the only son of Patricia and Junjie Berongoy. These guys are like sister and brother to me. i am with them from time to time to be strong and hope you do the same. The kid was only 8 years old, and grade 3 pupil. As your servant leader, pls help each other to clean our surroundings to prevent the prevalence of these dangerous carrier of dengue mosquitos. Pag nilalagnat mga anak natin ipacheck up kaagad. Linisin natin itapon ang mga pedeng pagbahayan ng mga lamok. 2. An hour ago, i came from the National Water Resources Board (NWRB) because they issued a cease and desist order to stop appropriating and operating our water system, because allegedly the LGU of Salcedo was not able to comply with the requirement. I cannot allow this to happen. I made a formal letter-appeal to the executive director, and hopefully they will allow us to operate in spite of that order. The said order was dated 01 August 2012, but it was handed to me on my first day July 01, 2013. please help me pray that they will grant my appeal will be heard and be granted. Whatever is the result, as your municipal mayor, i will not allow this to happen. I will do my very best. 3. am renovating my office as of this moment, please bear with me. The offcie really in need of renovation. when i reported on July 1, 2013, the office is totally cleaned up and not even a paperclip was there. bawi na lang ako pagnaayaos, pero kahit ganoon pa man am doing my duties and responsibilities at the municipal hall. 4. and for those who wants to apply for casuals, am sorry to tell you that as per advise of the municipal budget officer, i cannot hire now because the appropriations for the whole year, wala na tub tub la june. Ang nilagyan ko lang muna ay ang mga kailangan example, sa tubig basura at ang mga naglilinis sa merkado, and until now di ako maaram kon hain ako kukuha hin ira pansweldo. these are so far my concerns, pls feel free to inform me kung ano ang inyong views and opinions na gusto nyong iparating sa akin and for salcedo. diri ko ini kaya hin hi ako la kinahanglanon ko iton iyo bulig for a better salcedo.
