got my test results back from doc yesterday and all blood work is good. white and red counts in the good, Praise God. Cholesterol is back in the good, thanks to dieting good. as for the stomach pains, I do not have gallstones, but have colitis and am lactose intolerant. So I will continue to stay away from the dairy and dr says that caffeine will make it act up on me also. She has had me doing some Pt for just a Few days now and I am hopeful that it is helping the neck/arms from hurting. I have been doing a lot of lifting and tugging in the yard today and not a lot of pain so I am optimistic that I can start pulling at the begging of may or so to get ready for Nationals.
