hey everyone hell of a lot of things going on over the next few weeks: 1. saturdays session in the major hall will not be used for badminton, but instead for football in preparation for our match on wednesday vs tennis. ask social sec Tom Goode for more info as he is organizing it. 2. next wednesday will not be booked for us to play badminton due to the match, those not playing vs tennis will have to privately book the courts themselves 3. last thursday 13 march, we lost all the cov league scorecards during the lafies match vs virgin active, if anyone accidentally put them in their bag, or may know what happened to them, please tell a member of the committee asap. 4. there are still many places available for the singles tournament on the 30th march which is a sunday 10-18h, deadline to apply is thursday 27th and it is £10 entry, which i might add for a tournament is extemely good value for money!! as i mentioned before it will be as fair as possible so any player of any ability is welcome to play! we are going to reserve the table at cosmos for the same day at the end of the sunday session, so i need to know whos going to that as well asap. message me, post on the event page, tell me at the sessions comment on this or ask any member of the committee. SO GET ON THIS!!! 5. we have had a few applications for positions on next years committee but not enough, this is a fantastic thing to go on your CV and has their own perks to the job as well. again comment on this post, ask me or any other committee member on fb or in person at the next sessions, deadline is saturday 29th, with voting taking place between sunday 30th of march and thursday 3rd april results TBA 6. the mixed maintained the 100% record yet again, with a 7-2 win over aerotech Labs 1 game to go, the end is in sight for a perfect record!! very well played to everyone who played as always Wan Cov!! 7. Finally its cov league time again for the mens 2 matches next week, the team vs Ernesford Grange on monday 24 March 19 00 start is as follows: Harris Foster-Carter Tom Goode Mike Haddon myself Brian Yeung Josh Lcw Hall the final match of the season for the mens is at home on the thursday 27th March 19 30 start and the team is as follows: Mark Eastwood Faris Omar Rowan Harrison Mike Haddon myself Elliot Clive Treglohan can everyone please confirm that you can play in these matches please hell of a lot going on in the next 2 weeks so everyone get on it!!!
