hi The New Paper, i refer you to the article by your reporter Jocelyn Lee 2NE1s triumph.In the article,she wrote the verdict is in when 2NE1 won one of the music ranking show and discussed that Girls Generation is in decline.Firstly,how can this be the verdict as both groups are still doing their show performances and for Jocelyns info,GG currently had 9 wins against 2NE1 2 wins .It will be much fairer if she can compare both groups when they finished their goodbye performances respectively.Secondly, you reported 2NE1s win as shocking and unexpected against GG.I certainly will be more SHOCK if 2NE1 didnt win at all in the music shows as they are after all one of the biggest and one of the most successful girl group besides GG.Both groups are top acts and deserves wins and you seems to magnify 2NE1S win..which doesnt deem fair.Also,you compared GG s decline with the fact their previous song IGAB had triple crowns and none for their current song MR MR.While it is true MR MR didnt conquer the top of the music shows as successful,they still have chances for triple crowns in the coming week and for this time round, they faced fierced competitions from 2NE1 and another immensly popular song currently in kpop chart SOME.(even 2NE1 lost to this song).Lastly,your comparisons of why 2NE1 are hot and GG are not further let neutrals thinking that GG had already lost their popularity and this is totally UNTRUE and not fair to the sones . i am a sone but equally i like 2NE1 music .Both groups had contributed great awareness to many parts of the world and brought KPOP to another level.
