hi every1 would love some1 to offer me some decent advise as to what i can do about the csa threatening me with selling my home it started 10 yrs ago i went to court solicitor was stunned as he said no1 ever usually turns up!! Wish i hadnt as it is as they made up some amount that they think i owe them and basically told me we dont care how much u earn how much you have to pay in bills we want this much n dont give a shit how you gunna find the money to pay needless to say i quit my job as simply coudnt afford to work so they left me alone for 10 yrs in the meantime they took me to court 3 times and put ccj,s against my house and didnt even inform me!! apperently they dont have to so now we at this point they have passed my £5000 debt onto dryden fairfax solicitors who are threatening to sell my house so i arranged to set a standing order up to pay them an amount that we both agreed on been paying ever since got a letter this morning from dryden fairfax saying they havnt recieved any money n we still owe them more now than we did originally phoned csa got a very clever rude sarcastic person on the other end that said HE!!! yes he had decided that what we had agreed to pay to them was not enough!!! hiw can they do this when we agreed the phonecall will have been recorded what is going off with the world today i dont agree that i should have any debt with them whatsoever my son is now 21 been living with me since he was 12 and i have always paid for him and whatever else he ever needed but because my girlfriend is pregnant with our 3rd child and has been made really poorly over all the stress of this that i backed down and agreed to make a payment too them which has been set up as a standing order and now they saying not good enough they want more!! if i bloody had anymore they could have it gladly just to get the wankers off mine and ny girlfriends back but i work partime and am on a low income my girlfriend claims child tax credit where do they think this MORE! money is going to come from any advice plz get in touch
