his is the sinus neb we do for Zackery with chronic sinus disease. The medicine is a pill we open up and it is Tobramycin, Bactroban and Budesonide and we mix it with some saline in the neb cup and turn it on. It only takes about a few seconds to do as it goes fast and it is not that much in the neb cup. We also have a specific nasal nebulizer machine called Nasoneb. Does anyone elses kiddos do this? We still do sinus rinses and we do this after wards. Right now we think he is battling a sinus infection so we might be calling in to see if orals are needed. But hoping it is just allergies or weather changing. Little worried though because be is also complaining about his head hurting and just plain not feeling well.
