https://facebook/groups/peipetsar/ Thank you for choosing to be part of this community. This is a group of dedicated people who have offered their time and efforts to help locate missing pets in PEI. As in any search effort, the first hours are the most crucial when a pet goes missing, and the more people we can have assisting during this time, the greater chance we have of bringing that animal home. By joining this group, it does not mean you are guaranteeing your availability for every call-out. There is no mandatory commitment, we are just looking to have a list of people who, if free at the time of a call, would be willing to come aid in the search effort. We will keep you updated on search efforts as well as provide information on how to be the most efficient during a search. The goal is to act as a resource for the community of PEI, as well as to local rescue groups in hopes that by responding in an quick, efficient manor, we can best utilize our resources and reunite lost pets with their families. Because we are new at getting this initiative started, please be patient as we work out the details and logistics. For now, we will use this page as a hub and will be communicating any information and updates through here. Please feel free to pass this on to anyone you think would be interested, but because we will be posting information specific to locations and such, this will be a closed group and access will have to be requested and an admin will approve access.
