They are now buying corporate bonds from them, which is illegal considering the Treasury Dept is supposed to buy them directly from the Federal Reserve Board... once the Goldman Sachs arranges inflated rates on these bonds the Treasury agrees to repay inflated rates of return allowing the Goldman Sachs to make returns up to 40,000% off the American citizens.)
