Natural pest control products such as Neem oil,Mycotrol, Aza Guard etc are not available in Canada anymore because of PMRA ( Pest Management Regulatory Agency)regulations which have put a stranglehold on natural pest control products ( used for hundreds of years), via a regulatory process which requires all these products to be licensed in the same manor their toxic Big Agri chemical counterparts are. It is just not financially feasible for a company to spend thousands and thousands of dollars to license a non proprietary natural product. Hence market gardeners and stores do not have these products on their shelves anymore. So where does that leave the small organic farmer?
