I think this guy gives the BEST speech about why diddy is not the problem with the game like most smash players think and Ive been looking at the cases and its just that whenever people cant seem to deal with something they tend to give up, call it cheap, and all in all just flat out quit which they shouldnt do that. Ive seen cases whereas they called palutena OP because of her uair and Lucario OP because of his aura, villager because people call him annoying to deal with as well as a good duck hunt. Lol I tend to catch myself calling Yoshi OP because of his moves come out so fast. Anyways the characters arent overpowered its just us and Ive been thinking about this right when everyone started calling Diddy OP. Ive had my fair share of some of the characters Ive used being called OP, cheap, has stupid moves ECT and I just think its really annoying how people cant just deal with stff and most of them end up leaving after game 2/3. Anyways point of it is is that the game isnt the poblem its just us (referring to the whiners) and that we need to just deal with it and find a way around it. I myself had some times where I called Diddy unfair, cheap, stupid ECT as well as some other, but Ive kind of worked my way around the problems and I feel fine with playing against thse characters. Theres probably a whole bunch of people already talked about this topic and explained the same reasoning as this guy did, but you know you still got people who still tend to dislike characters they cant deal with.
