i am feeling like it is time to ratchet up my dissidence. i need to talk with an attorney that KNOWS constitutional law. im considering suing the united states government, obama , and both houses of congress for violating my constitutional rights and the rights of all Americans. the president and congress are in open and direct violation of Article IV , Section 4 of The Constitution of the United States. Section. 4. The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened), against domestic Violence i have a constitutional right to a Republican form of government, which we do not presently have. we have dictatorial rule by obama. they surely are not protecting us against invasion. and we ARE UNDER INVASION by the hordes of mexico and central and south america. plus countless muslim terrorist have crossed our completely unguarded southern border. all the while, the government plays pretend homeland security by harassing and molesting American citizens at airports . my constitutional rights are being violated. if i can find a lawyer to file the suit, i am not afraid to attach my name to the suit. i welcome any venue or avenue to fight back against my oppressors.
