i have a problem i hope someone can help me. my neighbor is a filthy neighbor. his trash is always at the side of his house next to mine. he put a basketball ring at the street close to my front yard. though they irritate me because they certainly decrease my curb appeal, i let it go since the trash and the ring are next to me but really actually in his place. what pisses me off the most is this. he parked an old, ugly, broken car in the street infront of my yard. at first i said it was fine because it is street parking anyways. but the car has been there for a couple of months now. is it rude to ask him to move the car? what if hell say its street parking anyway? help!!! (no rude comments please and thank you!)
