i pray to god i never step foot in a shithole like California. im sure its a beautiful state in terms of climate and landscape... that being said its run by maniacs. this bill allows a 3rd party to make a complaint and then your door is kicked in by a swat team in the dead of night. the bill “guts due process” and the presumption of innocence. “The subject of a restraining order and confiscation warrant may not even know they have been accused until there’s a SWAT team at their door.” this goes against everything the constitution is put in place for on multiple amendments.
