If you experience shitty people where you work (which absolutely happens), it does not mean that the world is getting worse; if anything, it means that there are still some pretty shitty people in the world. I think it is an incredibly negative way to think that people are getting worse in the world AS A WHOLE. You are judging the entirety of the human race on your job at *insert place you work*.
