i would like to make this a reality for my peoples and our children and our community ,it will bring a lot of over due healings back to our peoples. it will bring us together once again. it will bring our community back to harmony. it will erase all the curses put upon our tribe..it will give us some strength as a nation..it will.. we were to once water peoples.the san luis rey drained into oceanside the ocean.not all of our peoples but a lot of them did travel from the hot springs the head waters of the san luis rey the kupangaxs used to trade up and down the river..all those memories are lost unrecorded but by the elements of articles found the culture lived and thrived harmoniously with one another ..there was always peace…until the new comers came and destroyed all of our original villages and now we are here and now..it is time we exercised our sovereignty..time has come … been over two hundred years since our tribes off the san luis rey started back to harvesting our original food …its a promise….
