JAMS and the Mediator failed to inform you that there is a 30 day window to return to JAMS with any potential issues? The required CA-200 Notice of Settlement not filed with the court as required? Did the Mediator not explain the process and inform you it was voluntary? Did the Mediator leave early? Was the Stipulated Settlement Agreement not Notarized and explained to you by the Mediator? Did the Mediator fail to inform you how many times each attorney for both sides had been in front of him or her? Violating Conflict of Interest Disclosures? Did the Stipulated Settlement Agreement claim it was valid under CCP 664.6 but failed to include in writing that the court retains jurisdiction?.
