my heart bleeds to every soldier who died or wounded defending our territorial integrity and political stability in order for our government to continue delivering services and function normally at the price of unabated graft and corruptions, rising criminality. unemployment and poverty. except for a few dedicated public servant, hardly one can transact business in any government office without shelling out money and what worse many dictates the amount to the paid not to the coffer of the government but to his own robust pockets and call it sop (standard operatiing procedure). what a pity!
