#nannywantstoknow #nannylife I have been a nanny for 12 years and am currently looking at career options for the future for when I want to have my own children. I have been offered an interview for a temporary role (still childcare based) that could be just what I am looking for. The hours and days needed will not affect my current nanny position and pursuing this career will take time and study (again not affecting my current job). My question is, how is it best to approach my employer to fill her in on my plans and keep her mind at ease that I will still be 100% focused on my role. Many thanks!
