need some input this comes from a guy thats trying to run for president in 2016 what do you about this idea I ask him what he thought about home distillery an make it legal Hey Jordan, I actually think that is a pretty good idea. Of course with a little state oversight from a permitting and inspection standpoint. I would think something similar to a distillery that allows a certain amount to be made per batch, along with a yearly permit to go along with it. Kind of like a hunting permit that has to be purchased yearly, and limits your harvest. Basically a permit that has a limit to the number of batches, each batch that is made requires a batch number, and a certain number of batch numbers are allowed per permit unless more are purchased.
