now if a country or citizens need to borrow money from world bank or other bank alike, "that businesses" will be or can legally be use by which the owner natural born or the citizenship of the owner which having a large scale of shares from that businesses, he can use it as a collateral of his or her country to borrow large scale of money from world bank and alike even his businesses if from different countries.
