okay for real keagan accidentally touched the heater while trying to get his football and his hand is all red and bumpy and hes yelling and pointing at the heater. this cant be allowed from the apartment, can it? We dont have central heating and we have this giant unit that takes up the whole wall if this thing is getting hot enough to burn my child to the point where hes sobbing and his hand is red and bumpy how is that allowed to be in here??
